I’ve removed plenty of hard inquiries on my credit using this method. I even removed a few debts off of it as well. Now obviously your not boutta use this method and remove a big a** loan or mortgage or sum extra out idea. I mean if you could then you should but you can’t so yea yanno lol.
Anyways you basically gonna wanna use credit karma. It’s the easiest way to be honest. Find whatever your trying to remove and click dispute it.
It’s gonna take you to the dispute center (either transunion or equifax) and you wanna skip the ownership part and go to the accuracy section. Click on the box next to litigation and write this in the text box and your done !
I have not supplied proof under the doctrine of estoppel by silence, Engelhardt v. Gravens (mo) 281 SW 715,719. I presume that no proof of the alleged debt, nor therefore any such debt, in fact therefore exists.
