The density of a substance is the mass of that substance per unit volume. Thus molecular density defines the density of a molecule i.e. the mass of 3 molecule in kg per 1m volumes. It tells us how heavy or light the molecule is. Hydrogen molecule has been found to be the lightest gas on earth. Hence its molecular density is the smallest in value.
