David has been serving the nation with his photography for the U.S. Coast Guard since 2012.
His love for the USCG that began in his childhood when he purchased a diecast Dolphin helicopter toy. Over the years, he has captured many breathtaking moments that visually tell the Coast Guard story. David's work has been recognized with several awards, and his art work have been published and on displayed in U.S. Coast Guard Headquarters, Districts and Units, military and civilian publications.
He also trains and mentors U.S. Coast Guard active duty, reserve and auxiliary public affairs specialists in advance photo and lighting techniques.
